I’ve been trying to lose weight my entire life. I’ve been on more diets than I would like to admit and I started this blog in 2013 to document the journey. It wasn’t until 2020 that I finally got my shit together.

I finally stopped half-assing life and made myself the priority.

It sounds selfish. But until you make yourself a priority you’re never going to accomplish the goals you have.
