Bacon Provolone Chicken

  • 4 medium boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices uncooked bacon
  • ½ cup shredded Provolone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cans green beans
  • Italian bread


  1. Place bacon in a skillet and cook until almost done.
  2. Preheat the grill on high and place chicken breasts on the grill. Cook all the way through.
  3. Place bacon on top of chicken breasts and cover with provolone cheese.
  4. Place green beans in a pan on the stove and heat up.
  5. Slice Italian bread, butter one side and sprinkle with salt and garlic powder.
  6. Place on a cookie sheet and broil until golden brown.
