Six Month Challenge: End of Week Nine

24 – 30 January 2021

This week has been a continuation of last week. There is a lot of stress at work and drama going on that shouldn’t be going on but I’m trying to deal with it the best that I can. There isn’t much going on other than that. So yea, I don’t know what is happening.

Okay so here are the deets from the week:

Food

I was so on point with my fucking food this week, I’m so stinking proud of myself!! I hit my low calorie and my high-calorie days. My high-calorie days were a shit ton of food and I was super full, but I did it!!

  • 100g Broccoli

  • 20g Mixed Greens
  • 15g Carrots
  • 115g Ground Sirloin 90/10
  • 1 Scoop Whey
Post Workout
  • 1 Scoop Whey
  • 1 Small Apple

1900 Days

  • 200g Chicken
  • 100g Broccoli

  • 1 Scoop Whey
  • 1 Tortilla
Post Workout
  • 1 Scoop Whey
  • 1 Small Apple
  • 1 Banana

Workouts

Workouts this week have been super intense. It’s been super good though and I have nailed all of my workouts. There isn’t much more.

Weight

Actual weight this week was: 230 (7 pounds off my mark)

Goal Weight to hit this week: 223
