I can’t tie my shoes very well any more. My gigantic gut is in the way and I can’t prop my leg up on my knee to put socks on either. It’s amazing how much I took that for granted when I could do it.
Most of the time I wear flip flops so that I don’t have to go through the trouble of trying to tie my shoes, though this week I’m going to wear shoes that need to be tied so I remember the things I miss. Hopefully that will help keep me on track to my goal.
