Weekly Goals

Wow, two weeks in a row massive fails. I didn’t even get to where I wanted to be. I just didn’t pay attention and I’m slurping down soda like it’s water, I really need to remedy this week. I need to get a gallon jug and drink the shit out of it.

Anyway, let’s recap what happened last week.

  1. Drink a gallon of water a day.
    1. Massive FAIL again. Need to get off the soda and back on the water train. 
  2. Walk a mile on the treadmill every night.
    1. Not exactly sure what I did last week but it had nothing to do with the treadmill. Need to get on this. Especially if you are going to play rugby in March. 
  3. Hit 2750 on your Fuel Band every day this week.
    1. I took the stupid band off to charge it on Monday and I didn’t put it back on for the rest of the week. Get it on and start hitting this goal.

I am redoing these goals this week for the third week in a row. I am incredibly tired of failing. It’s time to succeed.
