Weekly Goals

It’s been a while since I posted on here and it is because I have been slacking. Work has scuked and I have allowed it to affect my personal goals. I can’t let this happen and am ready to start the week fresh.

The goals this week are going to be super simple because I need something that will get me back on my game and focused on the way that I want to live my life.

  1. Drink EIGHT cups of water a day. 
  2. Do a mini workout when you wake-up. (10 jumping jacks, 10 sit-ups, 10 push-ups – 3x)
  3. Get around EIGHT hours of sleep a night. 

Short post this week, but again, I need something that is going to get me back on track.
