Wow, two weeks in a row massive fails. I didn’t even get to where I wanted to be. I just didn’t pay attention and I’m slurping down soda like it’s water, I really need to remedy this week. I need to get a gallon jug and drink the shit out of it.
Anyway, let’s recap what happened last week.
- Drink a gallon of water a day.
- Massive FAIL again. Need to get off the soda and back on the water train.
- Walk a mile on the treadmill every night.
- Not exactly sure what I did last week but it had nothing to do with the treadmill. Need to get on this. Especially if you are going to play rugby in March.
- Hit 2750 on your Fuel Band every day this week.
- I took the stupid band off to charge it on Monday and I didn’t put it back on for the rest of the week. Get it on and start hitting this goal.
I am redoing these goals this week for the third week in a row. I am incredibly tired of failing. It’s time to succeed.
