Week 3: Goals

Last week was so incredibly stressful. I can’t keep working like that or I will never meet my goals. I have to get in shape, especially when you spend one night with old friends and realize how much more they would want you around if you looked good.

Anyway, let’s recap what happened last week.

  1. Drink a gallon of water a day.
    1. Massive FAIL.
  2. Walk a mile on the treadmill every night.
    1. Didn’t happen.
  3. Hit 2750 on your Fuel Band everyday this week.
    1. Again, didn’t happen.

Since I didn’t meet any of my goals last week, I want to retry to hit those goals. 

  1. Drink a gallon of water a day.

  3. Hit 2750 on your Fuel Band every day this week.

This is really hard for me. I need to be getting off on time so that I might get to go to the gym after work or get up early enough to go before work and swim. That’s really all I want to do is swim.
