Stay Hydrated

Last week I fell a little short of my goals, though I worked really hard to try and meet them. Talking with T.A. this week, she started a physical checklist to help her meet her goals and that is something I am going to do this week as well. Then I can check it off and see what I have left to do.

Last week’s goals:

  1. Hit 2500 on my Nike+ Fuel Band SE.
    Didn’t hit 2500 any day last week. My closest attempt at reaching it was just over 2400.
  2. Eat salad for lunch Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
    I ate vegetables or a salad with my lunch each day. I didn’t eat lunch on Wednesday though.
  3. Get eight hours of sleep Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights.
    I slept eight hours each night. 
This week’s goals:
  1. Drink one gallon of water a day for 5 days. That’s basically four liters of water.
  2. Leave work by 6 PM at least three nights this week.
  3. Hit 2500 on my Nike+ Fuel Band SE.
I also want to start including screenshots from my week on Nike Fuel. It’s a great way to keep track of the things that I am doing and getting those notices to get moving really helps.
