It’s a Week of Thanks and Carbs

I think I have been over myself and I haven’t been doing anything. Not good.

I want to simplify my goals this week to make sure I’m being productive and effective. Three goals for the week are all I am doing.

Goals

  1.  Hit 2500 on my Nike+ Fuel Band SE.
  2. Eat salad for lunch Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
  3. Get eight hours of sleep Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights.

There it is. My three goals for the week. As simple as they might sound to you, those are mountains for me.
