So I fall off the wagon fast if you can’t tell. With work, working out and trying to accomplish the things I am on the side . . . I am exhausted very easily.
I have a little bit of a health scare happening at the moment. I have a skin thing growing on my shoulder that I am having biopsied tomorrow. I am anxious to get it cut out and get it figured out. I really don’t like not knowing what is growing on my body.
Fails
- Didn’t exercise for four days which is a huge fail.
- Ate too much pizza on Friday made me feel too full.
- Worked late on Wednesday and Thursday. Need to leave on time.
Wins
- Took a smoothie every day for breakfast this week.
- Took the dog out to play Saturday and Sunday which might count as a mini-workout.
- Am starting to develop a distaste for ice cream and other high-calorie foods.
