Tapout XT – Day Three

Today was Plyos. I wanted to cry when I saw it on my schedule I have hanging on the wall next to the TV. It’s really hard to get almost 300 pounds moving let alone jumping and twisting. I had to push pause a lot in this video. There were a lot of modifications and a lot of wanting to quit.

I kept at it and after a long 72 minutes, I was finally finished. A little sore, especially in my lower back and my quads. Though I’m halfway through the week and need to just keep going.

Fails

  • Still drinking pop and sugary teas. (1 pop and 1 tea)
  • Overslept getting to the office this morning. I’ve been running late this entire week.
  • Tiredness made me overlook a few design edits at work that I should have seen.

Wins

  • Replaced what would have been two cans of soda with two glasses of water.
  • Left work at a reasonable time.
  • Made a Nutriblast for breakfast.
