There are so many times I look at my body and only see the things that I hate. My belly is too big and my hips have widened with all my weight gain. Though I never look at the things I love about my body.
When you look into the mirror today, talk to yourself about the things you love about your body. For me, I love my face, my calves and the way my toes make a perfect half circle when I put my feet together. These may seem so incredibly silly, though they are unique to me.
As I continue to work out and eat right I will add more to that list. I will stop focusing on the things I don’t like and focus on the things I do.
