I started this journey 25 days ago. Tomorrow, my health & fitness routine will officially be considered a habit. Can you believe it? I can’t believe it.
I still spend a lot of time working, though I am getting up at 4 AM and getting some work done then heading to the gym before heading into the office. It’s working well.
The soreness has gone away and pull-ups are getting easier. I am on track to losing 8.5 pounds this month. Just have got to keep moving.
