Thousand Thursday: Crunches

Welcome to #ThousandThursday, this is a segment I will be doing this month where every Thursday I will be doing a specific thing one thousand times. This sounds nuts right? I know. Though I thought I would try and see if I would be able to accomplish it.

The rules are simple. You must complete one thousand reps in twenty-four hours.

This Thursday being the first, I am going to go after on thousand sit-ups. I will update this post at the end of the day and let you know how it goes. Wish me luck.
