60 Day Challenge: Day 2

How do you stay on track when you have a client that is in fast food and the whole point of the trip is to sample the food? You kind of don’t.

My biggest goal was to be polite to my client but also stay on track and not sabotage myself in the second day. I tested the food but did not eat it all, granted I wanted to because it is delicious!

The goal I put down with my trainer was 30 pounds in 60 days. That’s half a pound a day. I need to hit this goal for myself. Let’s hope that I can get there.
