Today was spent battling an internal struggle of do I eat it, or not? It’s something I have to ease myself into when I am trying to make a change. I made some good choices today and I made some not so good choices today. As the week progresses I hope to get better at willpower and decision making. I will start doing a Fail/Win breakdown of the day, hopefully, this will help me see results.
