It’s crazy looking back when my starting weight was 290. It’s now 297. I had slipped a while back after my dad died and literally almost hit 300 pounds. I’m so happy I haven’t hit that mark and I don’t ever plan on doing it. I started getting back on a regular routine this week and have been trying to plan like crazy to keep my life together this year. Wish me luck. ?
Okay, goals for next week.
- Get on the treadmill. Only 30 minutes. Get moving.
- Drink water! You haven’t been hitting your goals in the water department. Really need to focus here this week.
