This week I am really grateful for the weight I’ve lost. Total of 9-ish pounds. I am really starting off slow and focusing on removing fast food and pop out of my diet. It’s been two weeks. Time is starting to slow down a bit. I think only because I want to celebrate a one month anniversary, just to have an accomplishment notch in my belt. Feel some sort of accomplishment. This is definitely my Millennial need for instant gratification kicking in.
My goal next week is to lose 2 more pounds. I really need to start adding more exercise to my regimen. I am trying to work out six days a week with Wednesday being my off day. I have way too many things to do on Wednesday we start at 5 AM and don’t end until 9 PM.
I want to unfreeze my gym membership but I definitely feel super awkward to go to the gym as a 280 pound person. In my area, there are a lot of really amazing bodies. Granted most are trophy wives, but whatever. There’s also the meathead. I just feel their eyes burning my flesh and their thoughts of look at fatty over there. It’s probably just my insecurity.
Okay, goals for next week.
- Get back into the gym. Get things in line and just go.
- Lose 2 Pounds. Continue losing weight slowly and see if we can reduce as much sagging skin as possible.
