I can’t believe it’s been three weeks already since my doctor appointment and the decision to change my habits. I feel way better and have been trying to stay on track and keep going. Things at work are still stressful, I have a lot piled on top of me with just a short amount of time to complete it.

Saturday I spent all day cleaning and clearing out the clutter in my house. I started to feel claustrophobic and realized how much shit I have in here, but also how I’ve been living in this house the way the people that lived here before me had it set up. I decided to build shelves in a coat closet, and realign the shelving in my kitchen cabinets according to what I wanted to put where instead of trying to make my kitchen tools fit in what was there already. Saturday night, I had dinner with my mom and it was really fun. We just went to Chili’s but we had great conversation and the food was really good.
