We are going to start the year off incredibly simple. The smoothie this week only has one ingredient: Strawberries. I had run out of everything one time and I was like fuck it, it can’t be that bad. Well, I fell in love with this smoothie and sometimes use frozen strawberries to make a dessert!
Buy them fresh or frozen. If you buy them fresh, wash them and cut the stem off. Throw those beauties in the cup and add water. Don’t fill the water up to the max line, it won’t end well. Start with a small amount and add as needed.
