So I thought I had gotten a PR today because sugarWOD said my one rep max was 145 pounds for cleaning and jerk. But I found this video of me doing a power clean at 157 pounds. So I’m not really sure if my clean jerk at 155 pounds counts as a PR? But I’m actually really excited, I saw this video of me in September 2023 and I literally was struggling to get 157 up, and today 155 went up pretty easily. OK not super easy and I know that I starfished but still.

What do you think? Is 155 a clean jerk PR? Or does it not count because I did a 157 power clean?
