This week was awesome. I have added a few things into my regimen like listening to @Audible_com while I do my morning runs. (I’m adding a book review section on the website to list all the books I’m listening to while I’m running.)

This past week has been challenging. We had a deadline at work and I felt myself emotionally, stress eating. I knew it was going on but I felt like I gave into it because I had so much to do.
Starting this week out with Superbowl Sunday made me a bit nervous. I definitely wanted to eat healthily, but when you go to a party, you have no idea what is going to be served.
I can't believe it's been three weeks already since my doctor appointment and the decision to change my habits. I feel way better and have been trying to stay on track and keep going.
Week two wasn't too bad. I didn't have to go to the grocery store which was a bonus. I'm definitely eating a lot less than I ever thought I could and I'm full. That is also surprising.
After visiting the doctor on the 15th, I beelined it to the store. I had to stop eating fast food twice a day, literally no joke that's what I was doing.
